Items must be in original condition with all original tags . The obligation for return or exchange does not apply when any of the tags have been removed or damaged. The same applies when the returned item(s) are determined to have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

How do I track my order?
Once you have purchased an item and the item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the name of the courier and tracking details.
How do I return an item?
Send us an email to say you would like to return the item. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs, for your protection we recommend that you use either a Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service depending on your item value - please note that we cannot provide a refund or exchange until a return has successfully reached us.
